Support development
When your company has enabled it, Support development appears near the foot of the authenticated navigation. It offers one customer-chosen one-off amount, subject to Stripe’s processing limits, and £5, £15 or £30 monthly choices.
Sponsorship is completely optional. Choosing not to sponsor Quote Control does not change product access, limits, support, delivery priority, feature decisions or feedback.
During the pilot, the sponsorship links are for UK limited companies. Complete the Stripe page only when you are authorised to act for the named company. Personal and non-UK sponsorship are not currently supported.
What happens after you choose an amount
Section titled “What happens after you choose an amount”Each choice opens a Stripe-hosted page in a new tab. Quote Control does not receive or store your card details, Stripe customer record, payment status or subscription details. Stripe handles the payment and receipt.
For monthly sponsorship, use Manage monthly support in the same dialog to open the Stripe customer portal. The portal lets you view invoices, update payment details and cancel future renewals. Cancellation does not change your Quote Control account.
For a refund, payment correction or checkout problem, email Quote Control Support. For a receipt or accounting query, email Quote Control Accounts. A refund does not change product access.
Optional company recognition
Section titled “Optional company recognition”Stripe asks whether you want the company to receive a visible sponsor badge. If you choose private sponsorship, no badge is shown. If you opt in and the operator verifies the settled sponsorship against the company deployment, the navigation may show Development sponsor 2026 or Founding pilot · Sponsor 2026.
The badge is an annual company acknowledgement. It does not show an amount, prove that a monthly sponsorship is still active or create a personal role. Company administrators cannot award it. Email Quote Control Support if the company name is wrong, recognition should remain private or a badge needs removal.
