Knowledge
Knowledge is paused for general company use. Its current read-only examples are trade-specific and are not approved guidance for your company. Keep the module off under Administration → Company settings until a separate company-content design and review supports re-enabling it. New companies start with Knowledge off.
Availability
Section titled “Availability”When Knowledge is off, it disappears from navigation and opening its URL shows Page unavailable. It is also unavailable while company settings first load or a settings request has failed. A successful refresh restores it only if the company setting confirms it is enabled.
Publishing settings refreshes your session. Other open sessions observe the change on their next settings refresh. A refresh in progress keeps previously confirmed availability until it succeeds or fails.
This controls page visibility. It does not remove content already downloaded by a browser or change quotations. A displayed source or review label does not confirm technical suitability or standards applicability for a job.
Project-workflow research does not live in Knowledge. Active users open Feedback → Help shape Projects for the questionnaire and can see only their own draft and submitted summary.
