Knowledge
Knowledge is an optional, read-only company module. It presents approved customer advice, quotation prompts and standards metadata without copying copyrighted standards content.
Find approved guidance
Section titled “Find approved guidance”Use the search field to match a title, category or summary. Each result states its source or last-reviewed reference so you can distinguish approved guidance from general wording.
Knowledge is a reference surface. It does not replace technical review, confirm that a standard applies to a job or automatically add content to a quotation.
Availability
Section titled “Availability”A new pilot normally keeps Knowledge disabled until the company has reviewed and accepted the content that will appear there. A company administrator can enable or disable it under Administration → Company. Disabling the module removes its navigation and blocks direct access; it does not change quotations.
Project-workflow research does not live in Knowledge. Active users open Feedback → Help shape Projects for the questionnaire and can see only their own draft and submitted summary.
